Thank you for your interest in participating in VegFest Kelowna 2020!
This year is going to be even more amazing than last year, the vegan movement continues to grow and plant-based foods are more abundant then ever! VegFest Kelowna 2020 will have fantastic vendors, engaging speakers, informative workshops, live musicians, lots of fun activities, kids crafts and delicious food! Thank you for your interest in participating in this inspiring event.
By registering vendors agree to the following:

Vendor products and food promoted and sold at the event must be 100% vegan

Vendors can start setting up at 8am and must be ready by 9:45am. Please do not pack up or tear down prior to 4pm (he event is from 10am to 4pm)

Vendor fees are non-refundable
Prices:
Early Bird Vendor Fees
(Early bird deadline is March 31)

6 ft table space (indoor): $85

10x10 ft booth (outdoor): $125

Food truck: $160 (limited availability)
Vendor Fees - from April 1st
(Deadline is April 30)

Food truck: $200 (limited availability)

6 ft table space (indoor): $0 - Animal sanctuaries only

The following documents scanned and emailed to us at vendors.vegfestkelowna@gmail.com
- Proof of insurance (Liability Certificate naming Immaculata High School and VegFest Kelowna as additional insured. If you have insurance, this is an easy request from your insurance company at no additional cost)
- Food Permit as required (if applicable)
- Permit to Operate (For Food Trucks only)
